Present: Cllrs Hames (Chairman), Mrs Biggs, Mrs Collins, Langton (Town Mayor), Osborne In Attendance: Mrs Jane Mills, Town Clerk 1006/126 Chairman's announcements There were no Chairman's announcements. 1006/127 Apologies Apologies were received from Cllrs Mrs Boyle, Edwards, Tisdale 1006/128 Declarations of interest Members were reminded that all interests should be declared prior to the item being discussed. 1006/129 To agree agenda as published It was resolved to agree the Agenda as published. 1006/130 To confirm and sign the minutes of the Planning meeting held 26 th May 2010 It was resolved to confirm and sign the minutes of the meeting as a correct record. 1006/131 Torridge District Council Planning Applications: Torridge District Council, the determining Authority, has asked for comments from this Town Council on the following planning applications: - It was formally noted that participation of the Councillors who are also members of Torridge District Council in both the debate and subsequent vote (in respect of any of the applications below, were preliminary taking account of the information matters) was on the basis that the views expressed made available at the time to the Town Council. The District Councillors were reserving their final views on the applications until they were in full possession of all the relevant arguments for and against. 1/0429/2010/REM Location: Sutton Raleigh, Mount Raleigh Avenue Applicant: Mr & Mrs E Connaughton Proposal: Application for approval of reserved matters pursuant to Planning permission 1/0128/2008/OUT for proposed new dwelling It was resolved to recommend to Torridge District Council that this application be APPROVED. 1/476/2010/FUL Location: Kingston, Golf Links Road, Westward Ho! Applicant: Mr A Reid Proposal: First floor extension It was resolved to recommend to Torridge District Council that this application be APPROVED subject to satisfactory compliance with Building Regulations. 1/0484/2010/FUL Location: 6 Orchard Rise Applicant: Mrs C Porter Proposal Extension to provide care facilities for dependent person It was resolved to recommend to Torridge District Council that this application be APPROVED. 1/0490/2010/FUL Location: 50 Nelson Road, Westward Ho!
