1010/392 To confirm and sign the minutes of the Planning meeting held 13 th October 2010 It was resolved to confirm and sign the minutes of the meeting held 13 th October 2010 as a correct record.
1010/393 Torridge District Council Planning Applications: Torridge District Council, the determining Authority, has asked for comments from this Town Council on the following planning applications: - It was formally noted that participation of the Councillors who are also members of Torridge District Council in both the debate and subsequent vote (in respect of any of the applications below, were preliminary taking account of the information matters) was on the basis that the views expressed made available at the time to the Town Council. The District Councillors were reserving their final views on the Applications until they were in full possession of all the relevant arguments for and against.
1/0857/2010/FUL Location: Duckhaven Stud, Cornborough Road, Westward Ho! Applicant: Mrs K Murdoch Proposal: Demolish barn and construct 2 holiday bungalows It was resolved by three votes to two to return this application to Torridge District Council as it does not lie within the Council's area.
1/0862/2010/FUL Location: Land forming part of the former Tudor House, Golf Links Road Applicant: Trustees of Westward Ho! Baptist Church Proposal: Erection of new Baptist Church – amendment to parking arrangements It was resolved to recommend to Torridge District Council that this application be approved
