The minutes of the Town Council's Planning/Licensing Committee held 26 th February 2008 were approved and signed.

0150/08 Conversion into two flats -1 Odun Hall, Odun Road, Appledore – RESOLVED - Recommend Refusal. Concerned about the extension and balcony at the rear of the property which will have a substantial impact on neighbours resulting in invasion of privacy and serious overlooking.

3. Attendance of District Council Officer

The Town Clerk advised that the Committee had previously agreed to ask Planning Officers of the District Council to attend a meeting. On the last occasion there had been insufficient time to address the various issues that Members were concerned about. In the meantime the Head of Planning had left the authority and the post was currently unfilled. It was agreed to request attendance of appropriate Officers at a future meeting of the Planning Committee, possibly the 13th June.
