0983/07 Proposed demolition of existing building and erection of 14 dwellings and associated works - Inglebrook, 80 Atlantic Way, Westward Ho! – RESOLVED - Recommend Refusal. Concerned about access, traffic and loss of trees. Appears to be over-intensive use of the site. Sewerage flows and surface water run off would add to the existing sewerage problems at Westward Ho! fine screening, which currently discharges to the Burrows when overloaded. The access is at the most dangerous and narrow part of Atlantic Way by an existing junction. Is the road at its capacity now? The design is inappropriate and highly visible.
