1. Minutes

The minutes of the meeting of the Town Council's Planning/Licensing Committee held 11 th October 2006 were approved and signed.

2. Planning applications

2054/06 Proposed erection of 2 and 3 storey holiday chalets on existing footprint. Westward Ho! Beach Holiday Park – Bath Hotel Road – RESOLVED – Recommend approval.

Councillor Tisdale made the following statement: -

“As both a Town and District Councillor I wish to make it clear that I will reconsider the matter(s) at the District level, taking into account all relevant evidence and representations at the District Council's Plans Committee.”

2060/06 Proposed 2 storey extension at side of house. 19 Dudley Way,

Westward Ho! – RESOLVED - Recommend approval.

2082/06 19 Kipling Court, Kipling Terrace – Proposed installation of external flue for domestic gas central heating - RESOLVED - Recommend approval

(Vote: Unanimous)

2093/06 Proposed rear extension and enlarge dormer window to front elevation. 13 Hillcliff Terrace, Irsha Street – RESOLVED – Recommend approval providing the rear extension does not impinge on the privacy of neighbours.

2140/06 Barton Croft, Abbotsham – Proposed change of use of redundant agricultural store to use to accommodate storage of conservatory, windows, doors and pvc profiles (no manufacturing) – RESOLVED –

Recommend approval.
