2. Planning applications
0572/08 Proposed decking in back garden - 2 Estuary View, Northam – RESOLVED - Recommend Refusal. Concerned about the impact on the visual amenity of the area, the overlooking of neighbouring properties with the resultant invasion of privacy.
0659/08 Proposed Listed building application for alterations to existing first floor bedroom to provide new en-suite and additional toilet - 24 Bude Street, Appledore – RESOLVED - Recommend approval
0676/08 Proposed minor alterations to form porch and store and to re-roof existing conservator - 3 Greenacre Close, Northam – RESOLVED - Recommend approval
0679/08 Proposed retrospective application for balcony to rear of property - Acers, Goats Hill Road, Northam – RESOLVED - Recommend refusal. The proposal is intrusive, causes overlooking and therefore invasion of privacy problems for neighbours and loss of amenity. Members would query what the alterations to the garage are for.
Cllr Mrs Biggs declared an interest and left the room when the vote was taken for this item.
