It was resolved to agree the agenda as published after moving item 6 to minute1010/364

 

1010/356 To confirm and sign the minutes of the meeting held 28 th July 2010 as a correct record

It was resolved to confirm and sign the minutes of the meeting as a correct record.

 

1010/357 To consider budget information

It was resolved to move this item to be considered with minute1010/364

 

1010/358 To consider the Finance Reports and accounts for payment

It was resolved to accept the Finance Reports and accounts for payment

Including VAT issues at Northam Hall.

 

1010/359 To consider external auditor's report

It was resolved to accept the auditor's report and to set up a risk assessment meeting and other discussions as necessary.

 

1010/360 To consider update on photocopier

It was resolved to recommend to Full Council that the photocopier be updated

1010/361 To consider account from Torridge regarding pitch and changing rooms

This matter was referred to Town Projects

 

1010/362 To consider contract with internal auditor

It was resolved to sign the proposed contract with the current internal auditor

 

1010/363 To consider update on grant applications

A grants meeting will be held after 31 st October 2010

 

1010/364 To consider preliminary discussion on precept

It was resolved to hold a meeting to discuss budget and precept shortly.
