BURROWS CAR PASSES
CONDITIONS FOR THE ISSUE OF BURROWS PASSES
1. PASSES MUST BE DISPLAYED IN THE WINDSCREEN AND DRIVERS MUST STOP AT THE ENTRANCE, WHEN MANNED, IN ORDER THAT THE PASS MAY BE VERIFIED WITH THE VEHICLE,(The pass is issued to the Vehicle not to a person)NON COMPLIANCE WILL LEAD TO YOUR PASS BEING WITHDRAWN.
2. Manor Passes are only issued to permanent residents living within the Ancient Manor of Northam and whose name shall appear on the current Electoral Register .

3. Passes are limited to one per household . For the avoidance of doubt the term household shall be construed as persons living at the same address regardless of differing surnames or relationships.
DUPLICATE PASSES WILL ONLY BE ISSUED ON SURRENDER OF THE ORIGINAL (AND SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)

No applications accepted before 6th January 2009 and passes will not be issued immediately. Charging on the Gates will not start until the end of May 2009 |
